GRS-03 iDCC++ Controller

GRS-03 Controller is our flagship model, this comes in 2 variants GRS-03A and GRS-03B. Both have the same Form Factor. The difference being the controller amperage hence the number of locomotives that can be run simultaneously.

    • Maximum current – 2 Amps

*  Additional Power & Fuse protections is required when using GRS-03A for running more than 5 Locomotives

Features

Controller is fully WiFi enabled, it has 2 Network Modes – Public and AP, in Public mode we can configure the controller to connect to an existing Home / Office WiFi Network so all the mobile devices can connect to it via that network, In AP Mode the controller acts as a WiFi Access Point and devices can connect directly to it.

GRS-03(A/B) is equipped with a industry standard top class 3.2 inch color touch display which displays all your connectivity information including your Network mode, Network name, IP address & Port. Most importantly displays the track power status and short circuit status, It also displays locomotive information like Loco Number, Speed & Direction with progress bars. You can switch between different views using the touch controls on the screen

The controller is capable of Running DCC locomotives and Programming all CVs using a Mobile App or computer with JMRI wirelessly. Advanced programming and route automation is fully compatible with the support of JMRI. The Possibilities are limitless, Please follow the user guide for more information.

A custom designed 3D printed Enclosure with provisions for all features, made out of solid plastic resin, available in Black , White, Red & Blue Colors

Controller is full protected for accidental short circuits via the firmware, it is capable of detecting short circuits in the track and immediately shutting down power to avoid damage to your equipment, additionally 03A comes with extra fuse protection for the main track.

Controller is quipped with emergency STOP / Reset button for immediate halting of Locomotives, it can also be used to Reset the controller and change Connectivity Modes.

Equipped with a Track Voltage Indicator which displays track voltage, along with it is bezeled LED lights which indicate the controller power status and track power status

Controllers are equipped with standard 4mm Banana Sockets for both Main and Programming track power connectors. These are easy and less cumbersome, connections can be made easily. If required 24k Gold Plated Banana Sockets and Plugs can be fixed as a custom requirement. This will result in improved DCC signal quality.

In the box controllers comes with a 15V 5A or 15V 3A Switch Mode Power Supply depending on the model, easily replaceable locally.
